Integra Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is built on the Instream AI-powered platform proven on many millions of documents processed for public sector and leading UK & global enterprises alike and under continuous development since 2004. Instream was a strategic acquisition for the ADVT Group in 2023, when it was integrated with the Integra Finance System and deployment to a number of Integra Finance Customers (in some cases to replace Cloud Trade).
Integra’s team of finance software developers worked closely with customers to fully integrate Instream and map it to Integra’s P2P modules. As well as its powerful invoice processing use-case for public sector organisations, Instream offers a range of other applications for large enterprise around the world including freight, bill & audit, sales order processing, HR document processing, digitising paper post rooms etc.

It is e-invoicing ready (accepting e-invoices from networks such as Peppol and DBNAlliance) and uses a variety of image handling, machine learning, AI and workflow technologies to optimally extract information from PDF documents, routing them through your business processes and offboarding payment-ready data to your finance system (or other line of business systems). High levels of automation and reductions in Average Handling Time (AHT) are achieved within a framework of strong governance and audit transparency.
