Bee Finance was set up by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) for the NHS and Local Government. From its roots as a collaboration between MFT and Bolton NHS FT to provide a shared finance system, Bee Finance is expanding to provide services in the Public Sector across all Greater Manchester and beyond.

Our invitation is extended to all UK NHS Trusts and UK Local Authorities/
At this, our first ever Bee Finance Conference, you will hear about our journey to drive down costs and create economies of scale, innovation and embrace automation and AI technologies. You will hear from the perspective of CFOs, Trusts, the Greater Manchester System and from Finance, Procurement and Workforce. As well as understanding the benefits of the finance system at the core of the project - Integra - and its roadmap of future developments, you will hear about the wrap-around services available from Bee Finance and MFT.
This is an NHS example of a shared service, but this invitation is being extended to our colleagues in Local Government for anyone considering a similar shared service / multi-entity approach to Finance and Technology.
A highlight of the day will be presenting our work on Establishment Control to develop a fully aligned interface between Finance and Workforce systems that brings multiple benefits from improved control of costs through to joined-up planning and reporting.
The Bee Finance Shared Service Day is free to attend and is being hosted by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, with support from our Integra technology partners, part of the ADVT group.
